QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY
We perform the analytical chemical and microbiological control in production and raw materials.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY
We study, develop and manage the technology innovation in terms of products and packaging, as well as changes in production processes.
CUSTOMER SERVICE LABORATORY
We support, through the technical assistance network, the customer needs and requests concerning the use of our products in the production chain.
FILTRATION LABORATORY
We support, through the technical assistance network, the customer needs and requests concerning the filtration processes.
Thanks to the support of 10 oenology laboratories located in Italy, France and Spain (in the most renowned winegrowing areas) and a team of expert oenologists, Perdomini-IOC can provide a technical support and advice service for each stage of the winemaking process, with protocols, winemaking aids and services tailored to specific needs.
The Perdomini-IOC laboratories are divided into four different areas of specialization:
- Quality Control:
performs chemical and microbiological analyses on base materials and during production of the wines; - Research & Development:
studies, assesses and handles technological improvements in terms of products and packaging, as well as the development of production processes; - Customer Service:
analyses, studies and provides solutions to customers’ needs and requests regarding the use of our products all along their production chains; - Filtration:
Laboratory specialized in analysing filtration components and difficulties using them on the bottling line. The laboratory provides a support service helping customers to use these components correctly, thereby extending their lifespan and reducing long-term costs.
